Dont waste your time

I downloaded this app on my iPhone 4s and my wifes iPhone 4, set it up and nothing worked on either phone. Double checked my info then checked again and re-entered the info just in case and still nothing. All the info entered is correct since I am able to view on my laptop (in and out of my network). No customer support either. Very disappointed. Stay away from this app.
